Calm and Peonies

My little family packed up for an adventure and left me with a quiet empty house for the afternoon.  A rare and cherished calm.  They've been gone two hours and I'm already starting to miss them.  Mission accomplished.

I poked around the garden after my attention span lapsed on a work project and brought this blast of color in with me.
